Assessment software for management companies.
TOCO gives management companies the platform behind standardized fitness assessments. You build the business under your own brand. Your Operators run the sessions. We provide the software.

Management companies buy platform credits from TOCO. One credit covers one completed assessment and its report. Your Operators' sessions draw on your company's balance, and you're invoiced as you go.
- No setup fee
- No monthly platform fee
- No charge for idle months
One standard assessment, scored the same way everywhere
The platform connects to a specified set of measurement devices: currently a cardiorespiratory sensor, a body-composition monitor and a grip dynamometer. TOCO's own cross-calibration method combines their readings into a single fitness profile, so results are comparable whoever runs the session and wherever it takes place. Supported devices may change over time and from country to country.
Reports in your name
Each client receives a printed report at the session, branded with your company's logo, with an optional password-locked copy by email.
Privacy built in
Client data is erased from the platform within 7 days, across every management company, as standard.
The platform
One sign-in, two roles. Everyone signs in at the same place. Your company’s admins see the whole network; your Operators see only their own work.
For your Operators
On their tablet, the platform guides each assessment step by step, prints the client's report on the spot, and manages their own schedule and venues. Each Operator sees only their own clients' results, and only during the 7-day window.
For your admins
Add and remove Operators, see sessions and credit usage across your network, set your logo and report branding, and view your invoices.
Complete separation
Operators never see each other's clients, results or schedules.
A public assessment finder that fills itself
Each management company gets a public “find an assessment” page on its own website. As your Operators add their venues and schedules on the platform, their sessions appear automatically. Until then, clearly marked sample listings show visitors how it will look.
Websites
Your website, in your own account
Each management company owns its domain and its own Cloudflare account. TOCO helps you launch your site from a ready-made base template, at no extra cost, including the public assessment finder and your Operator application form. You keep full control of the site and its content.
Give your Operators the same head start
Each of your Operators can have their own website, in their own account and under their own business name, listing their upcoming sessions and venues. You help them launch it using the same template and guidance TOCO provides to you.
